Meet Gul, she is the chief executive officer (CEO) of Rider Threads and a student at Rider University to earn her accounting degree.  She manages the overall operations and resources of the business. She is the lead team member and encourages maximum performance and dedication from each teammate.  She works closely with the COO (Jenna) to set goals for performance and growth in the business.  Organizing everything is her strength as she keeps the mean on schedule, coordinates team meetings or discussions, and makes sure everything is doing their fair share and accountable for their assigned tasks. 

Meet Jenna, she is the chief operating officer (COO) of Rider Threads and a student at Rider University to earn her accounting degree. She works closely with the CEO (Gul) to set up reasonable and achievable goals for our business to guarantee positive performance and growth. She even works closely with the CFO (Leif) to ensure that all sales data is accurate and recorded in financial statements and maintains up-to-date inventory and sales transactions. She designs and implements business strategies, plans, and procedures to make sure that university policies and guidelines are followed. Finally, she even coordinates and plans important tabling events around Rider University!

Meet Nick, he is the chief production officer (CPO) of Rider Threads and a student at Rider University to earn his accounting degree. He manages all purchases of supplies, equipment, and materials. He has close connections and a great relationship with our supplier and ensures our products are carefully made with good quality. He even oversees the packaging and plans the distribution/pick-up and delivery of our crewnecks to make sure everything is smooth sailing. 

Meet Melanie, she is the chief growth officer (CGO) of Rider Threads and a student at Rider University to earn her accounting degree. She works very closely with the CMO (Bisma) to develop marketing plans to increase sales and growth. She even creates digital strategies to promote our brand and get recognized. She participates in many events for our brand and chooses digital channels for marketing initiatives to ensure our message is distributed to our target audience.

Meet Bisma, she is the chief marketing officer (CMO) of Rider Threads and a student at Rider University to earn her business admin degree. She works on creating strategies to give our company a competitive advantage in the clothing industry. She even works closely with our CGO (Melanie) to develop marketing plans to increase sales and growth by choosing channels as well for marketing and advertising initiatives! She creates the connection and then distributes it through our social media pages. She is also involved in many major events to keep up with an engaging customer experience for our business.

Meet Leif, he is the chief financial officer (CFO) of Rider Threads and a student at Rider University to earn his information systems degree. He coordinates payments for all expenditures of the team by recording and collecting receipts and invoices. He determines our payment methods and sets up necessary accounts to make sure everyone has an equal chance to purchase from us using different methods. He keeps track of our sales income with his accounting skills makes sure everything is always up to date and guides us financially for every step we take.
