Our taster and one off coaching sessions are aimed at riders looking to learn and develop new skills and techniques. Our professional instructors use British Cycling level 2 session plans for one of lessons, adapted to your age, ability and fitness. For developing riders we like to use the Go MTB Award resources, specially developed by Cycling Scotland, but you'll need to book in advance so that we can get them in.
