Class overview
In elementary general music class, students will explore the five fundamental elements of music: Rhythm, Melody, Harmony, Form, and Expressive Qualities. Through listening, performing, creating, and analyzing music, students will develop a deeper understanding of how these elements work together to create meaningful musical experiences. We will have a great time singing, playing instruments, and moving to music!
Meet Miss Bush!
This is Miss Bush's first year teaching at Richland Elementary! She currently teaches the general music classes from Kindergarten to 6th grade, and she also helps produce Lamb TV. Outside of school, Miss Bush is also the assistant director of the Richland High School Marching Band.
Prior to being hired at Richland, Miss Bush earned her Bachelor's Degree in Music Education from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. This will be her first year teaching! She feels very fortunate to begin her teaching career in such a wonderful school district!
When Miss Bush isn't at school, she enjoys playing oboe, as well as spending time with family and friends.
