Welcome! We are so glad you are here to learn more about
STEAMM MedPro 21
We are a K-12 continuum of school wide magnet schools providing premier education within Richland Two School District.
There are four schools included in our continuum:
MED (Medical, Engineering and Discovery through the Arts) at BCE (Bridge Creek Elementary)
RCE (Rice Creek Elementary) SAiL (School of Academics, Innovation and Leadership)
RVH (Ridge View High School) AiMS (Arts, Innovation and Medical Sciences)
All of the schools above are implementing a STEAMM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math and Medical) magnet theme. We believe that integrating STEAMM subjects allows students to make authentic connections to their learning while preparing them for their chosen college and/or career pathway.
All of the schools above are AVID (Advancement Via Individual Determination) schools. This means that we are focusing on key skills that are proven to aid in academic success.
STEAMM Med Pro 21 is funded by a magnet schools assistance program grant through the united states department of education. All schools above have federal funding allowing them to provide professional development to their teachers and supplies for student learning.
