Richland School District Two outlines for each student, grades PK-12, the personal, social, career, and educational knowledge and skills that support a rewarding and productive life in an ever-changing world. The comprehensive school counseling program framework of Richland School District Two provides standards and strategies for each school in the district to follow in developing and implementing a Comprehensive Development School Counseling Program.
Our vision is to empower every student to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally, equipping them with the skills and confidence to achieve their fullest potential. Through a holistic approach to counseling, we aim to foster a supportive, inclusive, and equitable school environment where diversity is celebrated, challenges are met with resilience, and lifelong learning is embraced. We aspire to cultivate self-aware, compassionate, and future-ready individuals prepared to lead fulfilling lives and make positive contributions to their communities and beyond.
