About Me

Hello and welcome to the 2023-2024 school year.  I am truly honored to be taking this journey with the awesome students and families at Spring Valley High School.  My name is Lacey Suya.  I am a native of South Carolina. I am a graduate of Francis Marion University with a Bachelors of Arts in Sociology and  Webster University, with Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling.  

Daily, I will strive to provide each of my students with the necessary tools to aid in their success. I not only desire for them to be successful in my classroom, but to one day become productive members of society. As always, I will strive to help each of my student’s reach their full potential through learning social skills and behavior management skills.  In my classroom, instruction will be provided individually and in small groups.  Each student will be encouraged to work at their own pace.
