Hello! I am Mrs. Peterson, the Media Specialist at Killian Elementary School. I have a bachelors degree from USC and a  Masters of Library Science from North Carolina Central University. This year marks my fourth year as a Media Specialist and at KES. I'm thrilled to cultivate a love for reading among faculty, staff, and students. Besides reading, I cherish family time, shopping, and travel. Pens, French fries, Starbucks coffee, and all things Fall top my favorites list. I am looking forward to this upcoming school year with the KES family.

 Hello! I am Donna Hutson. I am a Richland Two graduate and I am beginning my 12th year working for the district. I have been married for over two decades years and we have a son in college. I love travelling to beachside towns and fishing and crabbing with my son. I enjoy gardening, cooking, reading, and taking care of a lot of pets. We have cats, a dog, turtles, fish, a parrot, and a bunch of chickens! I am excited about working for the students here at Killian Elementary.
