Tips for success:
Learning is an active process. Ask questions & participate in the class and in Westwood. This time is only what you make it.
Always do your best work on every assignment every time. You don't have to be perfect or right, but you do have to make an effort to master the content.
Repetition & persistence are powerful tools. Don't give up on yourself if you don't succeed the first time. The average student needs 8-10 repetitions before they understand something.
Take notes. Writing notes is a powerful learning tool. The notes are provided for you, but the act of writing helps you remember more clearly.
Take care of yourself! You can't do school all the time. Have a hobby, exercise daily & eat right most of the time. Make sure you're getting enough sleep each night & stay safe always.
Be good to your parents! They always have your back and will be there for you no matter what.
