Get to know me!
Hello everyone! I am Anthony Dayse. This is my 33rd year affiliated with education! I have taught in 6 different states and seven different districts. Let's do some math: I have taught in the elementary school as an assistant for 6 years, 2 years as a middle sped teacher and special education chair, 21 years as a high school sped teacher and 4 years as a Community college Instructor, teaching students developmental writing and remedial reading. I enjoy teaching and traveling! I have a Master's degree in Special Education with a specialization in Learning and Behavioral Disorders, a lot of doctoral graduate work towards Curriculum and Instruction and a doctorate degree in Christian Counseling. I have traveled to many countries around the world! Here's an update: The role of a Muti-category teacher can be very rewarding! In these past two years, not only have I had the pleasure of preparing students for greatness, I was fortunate to work with various organizations in and out of school... And it has been an absolute pleasure! I have published books for Christian teachers and I am currently working on how I can continue to promote the best customer service for my students. What I love about the summer is teachers are able to explore learning opportunities. I took several trainings this summer that I found very meaningful ( AVID and Mentoring) to name a few. These trainings have motivated me to try new strategies in my classroom to increase student engagement! Eventually, I will add more as I grow. Thank you for reading my web page!
