2026-2027 Student Enrollment

Welcome to the Richfield Public School Academy Family! We are excited to partner with you for the 2026–2027 school year. 

Complete each section below to submit your child's enrollment application. Required documents can be uploaded electronically. You may save your progress and return later if needed. You may complete enrollment using a computer, tablet, or smartphone.

Estimated completion time: 15–20 minutes.

To save your progress, please ensure you are signed into a Google/Gmail account before starting the form. 

All application information and uploaded documents are handled via Google’s enterprise-grade secure servers. Your data is fully encrypted both while you submit it and while it is stored. Access to your documents is strictly limited to authorized Richfield Academy enrollment staff, and our systems are fully compliant with federal student privacy laws (FERPA). 

Before You Begin

Please have the following documents ready to upload:

• Identification: Child's Birth Certificate, Parent/Guardian Driver's License

• Residency & Health: Proof of Residency, Up-to-date Immunization Record

• Academic History: 2 years of report cards, behavior/attendance logs, IEP/504 plans (if applicable)

Don't have all your academic records on hand? Submit what you have today! Our enrollment team can help you request official behavioral and attendance logs from your child's previous school during processing. 

Review: Our enrollment team will review your files within 3-5 business days and contact you regarding placement or information needed.
