Principal Investigator
Yifan Zhu is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Louisville (UofL), starting in 2026. Prior to joining UofL, he served as a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Materials Science and Nanoengineering at Rice University, working with Prof. Jun Lou. He earned his Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering (2021) from Rice University, and his B.S. in Materials Chemistry (2016) from the School of Gifted Young at the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC).
