We invite participants to engage in the workshop through the following opportunities:
Poster Presentations: Share your research by presenting a scientific poster. To be considered, please submit an abstract (maximum 300 words, excluding references). Submissions will be reviewed, and accepted participants will present their posters during the workshop.
Demo Den (Live Demonstration): Conduct a live demonstration of your project. To be considered, please submit:
An abstract (maximum 300 words, excluding references)
A short video (maximum 2 minutes and 20 mb) showcasing the component, device, or research findings you plan to demonstrate
Integration Storytelling: In the style of Story Collider, share a 3-minute story about a successful or failed integration experience. Let’s reframe "failure" as a learning opportunity and promote more candid conversations about integration! If you are interested in participating, please indicate in the submission form to help us estimate the number of presenters.
Hands-On Activity Participation: Engage in hands-on activities exploring textiles in soft robotics. If you’d like to participate, please indicate in the submission form to help us plan accordingly.
All activities to engage in the workshop will have associated prizes!
Regardless of how you plan to participate, please fill out the form below to help us with organization and planning:
