Description
"Recycled poly-aluminum sheet making machine" allowed to carry out the separation between the cardboard and poly-aluminum (Union of polymers and aluminum) that is found in the tetrapak containers that are in which beverages such as juices, milk are packed Among others, and when separating the elements that make up these containers, they can be given a new use as raw material by reusing the cardboard that makes up 75% and the poly-aluminum that makes up the other 25% of the container with which it will be made. the manufacture of sheets thus using the Tetra-Pak containers to the maximum without wasting anything and being able to give them a new use and thus drastically reduce the amount of solid waste while helping the environment by reducing pollution
Objectives
-General:
-Create a machine capable of separating cardboard from aluminum, leaving it ready to be recycled and converting it into elements usable in everyday life such as poly-aluminum sheets and thus minimizing the environmental impacts that these cause.
-Specific:
-Manufacture poly-aluminum sheets from recycling tetrapack contributing to a circular economy and carbon reduction while maintaining valuable materials in use.
Develop an innovative process to recycle cardboard and manufacture sheets from the same raw material, this being Tetra-Pak packaging
-Manufacture and recycle materials that are easily accessible to the population of El Salvador, helping, at the same time, to reduce pollution from the accumulation of garbage in the country.
