Abstract

The company MEGRAFRIO needs a web application that keeps track of its customers and the actions they do within the company, as well as a control of everything related to the processes that involve the customer's actions within the company.

According to the needs presented by the company MEGAFRIO a route to follow for the development of the system is elaborated, starting with a database which stores effectively and according to the needs of the company, then the creation of the views that is based on the functions that the system must carry and culminating with the programming of the functions making it functional, resulting in a safe, efficient and digital system for the new era where systems are almost essential in the day to day.
