In order to develop a board game taking into account every single part that it must contain, to propitiate a unique and fun experience for the users, teaching through a creative manner the content belonging to El Salvador’s history, during the Pre-Columbian era. It looks to teach via dynamics, questions and situations to whoever plays, in this way you will play whilst learning.
The game titled Yolua is about a group of high-ranking explorers, who are called to a secret mission, when arriving at Yolua they climb to the top of the central pyramid which activates their journey to the past ending up in El Salvador’s, Pre-Columbian era. If they wish to return to their respective era it is necessary to win and get to the top, only then will they get back home. Yolua, is a family game in which two to eight people can play, containing cards, one dice, a pyramid, character tokens and the board (being necessary to play), the game ends when the first person whose token enters the top of the pyramid and their character goes back home.
