¿De donde viene la idea detrás de VIGILANTE?

El Salvador es un país con mucha población, teniendo 6.5 millones de personas viviendo en las diferentes departamentos, muchas de estas personas viven y comparten dentro de colonias o comunidades, en el país uno de sus principales problemas son la seguridad, por lo que muchas de estas colonias tienen vigilantes a su disposición con el fin de garantizar que individuos problemáticos de afuera puedan acceder dentro su espacio seguro, sin embargo los procesos de registrar la entrada de un individuo impide que los vigilantes logren hacer un proceso completo y debido a eso los protocolos son pasados por alto permitiendo que cualquiera pueda ingresar a las colonias, por estos motivos se ha creado Vigilante, un sistema de gestión de visitas que busca agilizar el proceso de registro de tanto entradas y salidas con el fin de garantizar la seguridad de los residentes, el sistema también incluye servicios de gestión de los diferentes elementos de dicha colonia incluyendo el personal, las residencias y las entradas que se encuentran disponibles, un atributo especial de este proyecto es el uso de un sistema de emergencia que sirve con el fin de registrar la entrada de los cuerpos de bomberos, policías y ambulancias con el objetivo de que queden constantes las emergencias que han ocurrido en la colonia.

Con la creación del sistema se ha realizado un estudio, mediante encuestas estuvimos estudiando que tantas personas en el país viven en colonias con vigilantes y si se le podía dar uso a un sistema como el desarrollado, con los resultados de dicha investigación se concluye que, el sistema es una herramienta de mucha utilidad para garantizar la seguridad de miles de personas que residen en colonias alrededor del país. Esperamos poder seguir desarrollando sistemas beneficiosos para la sociedad.

What's the idea behind VIGILANTES?

El Salvador is a country with a large population, having 6.5 million people living in the different departments, many of these people live and share within neighborhoods or communities, in the country one of its main problems is security, so many of these neighborhoods have guards at their disposal to ensure that troublesome outsiders can gain access to their safe space, however the processes of registering the entry of an individual prevents the guards from being able to do a complete process and Due to that the protocols are ignored allowing anyone to enter the neighborhood, for these reasons “Vigilante” has been created, a visitor management system that seeks to streamline the registration process of both entries and exits in order to guarantee the safety of residents, the system also includes management services for the different elements of said neighborhood including staff, residences and the entrances that are available, a special attribute of this project is the use of an emergency system that serves in order to register the entrance of the fire brigades, police and ambulances with the objective of keeping constant the emergencies that have occurred in the neighborhood.

With the creation of the system a study has been carried out, through surveys we were studying that so many people in the country live in colonies with guards and if a system like the one developed could be used, with the results of said research it is concluded that, the system is a very useful tool to guarantee the safety of thousands of people who reside in neighborhoods around the country. We hope to continue developing systems that are beneficial to society.
