Abstract

En este sitio web se encuentra el planteamiento del problema, tanto como el listado de herramientas que se utilizaron a lo largo de la elaboración del sistema, y hablando de este mismo se encuentran pruebas de su debido funcionamiento junto a la explicación de sus funciones principales. En cuanto a la parte final, se encuentran las conclusiones de los miembros del equipo de trabajo.

Descripción del problema

En algunas gasolineras se observó la manera de trabajo de sus trabajadores, que, si bien esta era funcional, podría ser mejor, o mejor dicho, podía ser más eficaz. Por ende, se llevó a discusión de un posible sistema para la administración de Gasolineras, que no solo tomara las labores de los trabajadores, sino buscara una manera de innovación en el área.

Método

Se empezó por la observación y recolección de datos, para posteriormente discutir los aspectos a implementar junto la funcionalidad del sistema, se compararon los sistemas actuales para la administración de gasolineras, junto a detalles como el análisis de los procedimientos de funcionamiento de una gasolinera.

Resultados

Se realizaron diagramas de estructura y análisis para posteriormente iniciar el proceso de diseño y programación del sistema, después de mucho tiempo de trabajo se completó el sistema, mostrando una interfaz sencilla junto a un fácil manejo y funcionabilidad de este. Se utilizo la metodología de pensamiento a nivel de usuario final, para así tener un mayor nivel de detallas, consideraciones y futuras correcciones para que así sea sencillo su uso. Añadiendo que el equipo de programación puso su corazón y tiempo en la elaboración de este.

Description of the problem

In some gas stations, the way their workers worked was observed, which, although this was functional, could be better, or rather, it could be more efficient. Therefore, a possible system for the administration of Gas Stations was discussed, which would not only take the work of the workers, but also seek a way of innovation in the area.

Method

It began with the observation and data collection, to later discuss the aspects to be implemented together with the functionality of the system, the current systems for the administration of gas stations were compared, along with details such as the analysis of the operating procedures of a gas station.

Results

Structure and analysis diagrams were made to later start the design and programming process of the system, after a long time of work the system was completed, showing a simple interface together with its easy handling and functionality. The thinking methodology was used at the end user level, in order to have a higher level of details, considerations and future corrections so that its use is simple. Adding that the programming team put their heart and time into developing this.
