WHAT IS A BACK COMPACTOR MACHINE?
It is a machine that facilitates the recycling and compacting processes in the industry. The machine is used to compact cardboard, plastics, among others quickly and almost automatically, doing the fastest and most efficient work possible, it has several parts such as the press that compacts the waste, the tank where the waste is left and the electrical system of switching on, off and possible emergency stop etc. This solves several problems such as contamination, reduction of spaces, reusable for various jobs, etc.

ELECTRICAL PROCESS
Said process handles 2 conveyor belts that are used to move the waste, the first belt will transport the waste to the bucket where it is compacted, during the pneumatic process the belt remains idle for 15 seconds until the stop is pressed, the second belt conveyor is used to carry the already compressed waste to the place where it will be accommodated, unlike the first one, this belt does not stop until the stop is pressed on the entire machine.
