Description and parts of the machine.
Description
The machine has been decided to manufacture in order to achieve a great impact in the confectionery industry, focusing on people who have micro or small businesses. This machine will help these people have greater productivity and in less time, thus allowing growth in their businesses.
Parts of the machine
Two rollers that will hold the cutting discs.
Four bearings that will hold the rollers and allow them to rotate.
Three pulleys (one for each cylinder and one for the motor) that will connect a belt to transmit the movement of the motor to the two cylinders. And two pulleys (one located on the other motor and another on the conveyor belt) that through a belt will connect and make the operation of the belt possible.
A tray that will transport the product. The tray will have a cylinder that will pass through it and will protrude approx 10 cm. in the lower part, this to make it possible to transport and turn it.
There will be a bearing placed in the middle between the two rollers that will be in charge of rotating the tray with the product.
Regarding the electrical part, the machine will have a control panel (duly protected and with danger signs) where it will be located: a start button, a stop button, two contactors, automatons, two motor protectors, an ignition signal (green), a shutdown signal (red) and an emergency signal (yellow, flashing).
Two motors (one for turning the cylinders and the other for operating the conveyor belt.
LOGO! to interlock both motors and a delay will be added to the disconnection to achieve a better start of the machine.
Functioning
Before turning on the machine, the protections must be activated and then we can start the machine.
When the start button is pressed, 3 seconds will elapse. to turn on the machine. After those 3 sec. the engines will start to work and obviously the conveyor belt and the cylinders.
Pressing the off button will stop the motors and the machine will stop running.
If there is an overload in the circuit, an intermittent yellow signal will activate indicating a fault in the circuit.
The machine has an emergency stop. Pressing it will immediately stop the machine and stop working.
