Abstract

The Semi-Automatic Shirt Stamping Machine is a machine that uses electrical and pneumatic systems to print shirts. Using single-acting cylinders, pneumatic valves, LOGO! Device, and electrical control elements. The machine performs the stamping by processes, in which the operator is involved in a limited way, thus calling it semi-automatic.

The machine is made up of movable plates, so that, depending on the section in which the product is located, the process to be carried out will be different, carrying out the stamping in different stages, incorporating drying as the last step.

This project represents vital importance since it provides a great benefit to the production of stamping, providing a quality product through an efficient process; being the quantity of production of up to four products simultaneously; thus generating a reduction in downtime. In addition, by not making use of any polluting product, it does not represent any risk to the environment; instead of these compressed air is used by means of pneumatic and electric systems.
