Domestic sewage is known as gray water. They come from toilets and showers and are usually channeled into a buffer tank. The systems that are currently used for the treatment of household greywater are not very efficient, this situation causes problems in the environment because this type of wastewater contaminates the aquifers and can cause serious health problems, in addition to emitting penetrating odors and rotten. Water as we know is a source of life, we all depend on it, but, just as we need it, we must take care of it as it should, since there is a large amount of contamination in the aquifers, due to different actions such as wastewater from bathrooms, washing machines, showers, sinks among others in which said resource is occupied, as well as there are consequences for not treating said water.
To which it is known that not most people have access to the vital liquid, which some people choose to go to rivers or lakes to meet needs, such as washing clothes in those places, the water does counting on substances such as soap, detergent among others that are polluting, this also leads to people who sometimes use the water for consumption and this is where it leads to another cause causing the spread of diseases by being drunk or consumed through the vegetables watered with these waters. Some have toxic components that can generate lethal intoxication, poisoning, or different long or short-term effects.
It is intended that the design of the project must have low costs and meet its objective, which will be to treat water with different methods for the reuse of water, the system will be automatic irrigation with treated water, it will be a simple and easy-to-use model with Access to control irrigation for easy and efficient transport. The reuse of water again allows the resource to reduce consumption and its cost. This process can be carried out by different methods, the most common being the use of mechanical systems that transport the water through pipes with the help of machinery that gives it momentum and speed to reach its destination.
Project Development
The project is designed mainly with the purpose of recycling water resources that we usually discard and go to the drains where it mixes with the sewage and all that potential is wasted, that is why we present the idea of the automated irrigation system with the treaty of grey waters.
A gray water treatment system that, based on programming and sensors, can monitor the requirement that the plant's soil needs to be irrigated based on the principle of filtering gray water with the help of gravity and images on websites.
The project is supported by one of the points of sustainable development: clean water, sanitation, action for the climate and underwater life. Automatic irrigation will occupy fully recycled water from sinks and showers for the irrigation system is intended to be scaled one meter by one meter or less.
