The preliminary project consists of a hotel called "Hotel Meruem" that was thought and created to have a minimalist and modern design on the exterior and interior that generally represents the era in which this project is currently located on Bulevar de los Próceres, San Salvador, with a wide and flat land which makes research to develop the hotel more feasible. A complete investigation was carried out on the ground, if it is correct to be able to make a construction, also the design of the hotel if it was functional which has to be in harmony with our selected concepts. Throughout history, hotels have played a preponderant role for the development and growth of societies. Hotels provide guests with additional services such as restaurants, swimming pools. People's needs were considered to design a hotel with accessibility. and functional.

This land proposal is suitable for a hotel due to the large space it offers. There is a lot of mobilization in the area and it offers a wide range of restaurants and tourist places, which would be good for it, and there are not so many hotels in the chosen place.

APPROACH OF PROBLEM
In 1988 The well-known boulevard de los heroes was inaugurated in El Salvador, San Salvador, doing allusion to the 12 proceres of El Salvador , whose main idea was to connect different roads through this, which is characterized by having wide streets, pedestrian avenues, with trees as dividers, and at the same time around it. Currently , the Bulevard is urbanizated on a large scale, where we can find banks, restaurants, leisure establishments, house holds and others. bringing with it commercial activity. The modernization of the country causes an ecological impact, for which it is evident the lack of a lodging place at the level of said area, which complies with current quality standards, using a sustainable urban settlement model, and productive, within reach. of the majority of Salvadorans, and tourists. The main objective of the preliminary project is to promote the economy and tourism in El Salvador, offering a lodging option to local tourists and foreigners who visit it
JUSTIFICATION
. Hotels are architectural projects, they are not very repetitive in urban structures, but even so it does not mean that they are of importance. Hotels are buildings of a private nature, but in some way their use is properly public and encompassing people from all over the world. The Meruem hotel will be located on the boulevard de los heroes, San Salvador, which is focused on the accommodation of both foreign and local tourists, directed towards inclusive growth, providing a service level of the standards, and within the reach of many. It will be a local contribution benefiting the environment and tourism, thus improving the quality of life in the country. The main Meruem hotel is to promote the necessary activities for the people who visit it with pleasant comfort.
GENERAL OBJECTIVES
• Develop the architectural blueprint of a hotel on the Boulevard de los Próceres San Salvador to meet the basic needs of local and foreign tourism, providing a memorable and comfortable experience using techniques for environmental care.
ESPECIFIC
• Propose environmental solutions to colaborate to improve the way that the urban looks like, to increase the turistical comercial activity.
• Provide confortable acommodation to foreign and locals tourist.
• Propose entertainment and activities spaces.
LIMITS AND REACHES
Health limits
- Being in a Pandemic and having to do our project online.
- Not being able to count on the face-to-face modality, which would make it difficult for us to organize and help each other.
Social limits
- Our help has to be virtual or semi-face-to-face in some cases.
- Do not leave our student area.
- The resources of our virtual area.
Economic limits
- Lack of budget to develop in the virtual area.
- The instruments of architectural use that will be used are not affordable for everyone.

A hotel is a building planned and conditioned to provide accommodation services to people and that allows visitors to travel. The hotels provide guests with additional services such as restaurants, swimming pools, conference services among others.

Features can be your location; the number of guests per room; special services such as concierge, travel assistance and own parking service; facilities such as specialized restaurants, bars, business meeting rooms, swimming pool and so on.
