Project development
After conducting research on industries which require machines that make certain types of cuts, we carried out the idea of designing a machine that makes the necessary cuts required by a certain industry, which would benefit both the company and the work staff, the which would improve both in precision, time effort and economically to the shears normally occupied in some industries such as guillotine ones. The prototype will be carried out through Sketchup, which will base prototype of our project.
Problem Statement
The problem that we were able to find is that in many industries in which the material such as the platen is used, if the famous guillotine shear uses a machine which implies that a person exerts a lot of force to cut materials such as the platen, generating pain of back that leads to inefficient workers, who must have a lot of rest time which implies less work, less product and less profit. With our machine we intend to solve all these types of problems and make cutting this type of material much more precise, less tiring and more sophisticated, and by making this investment in the industries, there would be much more efficiency avoiding unnecessary breaks and worker discomfort, as well as there would also be more quality in the products, since being such a precise cut there is a greater probability of generating greater preference.
Conclusions
With this work we want to reach the following conclusions
• How good machinery benefits workers in an industry and the company itself
• The amount of time workers are saved by performing this type of work with more specialized machinery
• Better management of workers regarding the materials they manufacture
• How it improves the quality of the product
