Abstract

The purpose of this project is to provide a reserve supply of water to the sectors of the population that present problems of water scarcity more frequently. Installing tanks which are filled with water thanks to conduits installed in the gutters of the houses that redirect the rainwater that falls on them. The inlets and outlets of the aforementioned tank will be protected by metal mesh that will prevent large objects from entering and contaminating the water.

The water that enters the tank comes into contact with a heater which eliminates most of the bacteria and microorganisms that may be in the water.After this process, the water has a higher purity to be used in various ways by people, such as general cleaning or watering plants. It is important to mention that the collected water cannot be used for human consumption.
