Abstract

Egg Grading Machine:

Our project has the objective to make easier and faster of sorting eggs, in a big war providing 2400 eggs per hour, improving to these machines been able to make a visual inspection of the egg, classifying it, mark them and packaged at any category packaging that the client wants, moreover, has at its disposal different capabilities of configuration and other recourse.

Conclusion:

Our project could be a new technology for the egg industry, be reliable, fast, efficient, priceless, and have better productivity and quality.

We will be using materials like aluminum, iron, fiberglass in the project. It will also have a diameter of 1.40 m, a height of 0.80 m, and an approximate weight of 30 kg.

Its design is appropriate to avoid the eggs get broken, counts with the simplicity to operate it, timeless comparatively the manual classification, and getting better the productivity.
