PVC pipes are composed of:
It is polyvinyl chloride: it is a synthetic polymer, formed by long chains of molecules linked together by chemical bonds, it is made up of chlorine and ethylene.
Thermal stabilizers: it is an additive required in the formulation of a PVC compound that allows to avoid the degradation that could occur due to exposure to heat.
Plastic lubricants: helps lower viscosity this helps molecules separate more easily and reduces friction between molecules.
Calcium Carbonate: it is an additive that improves the mechanical properties in the tube.
Acrylics: Improves the mechanical properties in the pigment tube.
And for its manufacture, 2 essential steps are carried out: the mixing process where various elements with which this compound is going, as a second step is to make the mixture and put it in the extruder to carry out the extrusion and then to the cooling phase and it is given the desired shape
And this is how we have our operation of the tube making machine.
