This work was developed to show that you can create a compactor containers with obsolete machine elements. Develop this machine had a low cost because the deprecated elements are cheaper than new components, were used to prepare the hydraulic circuit a double effect of an old backhoe hydraulic pump of a small agricultural tractor cylinder, hydraulic oleo command of a backhoe. For the container frame and structure steel pipe oil drilling were used. Reverse engineering and inspection and maintenance of these elements ensured the best performance of the machine, including generating a potential increase in its use for compacting other materials. This can be achieved simply by changing two elements such as the electric motor and cylinder compactor. The results are satisfactory operation of the compactor, as they met the expectations of work expected. The other elements and use of obsolete machines have potential for the development of machines with these components and also showed that for the recycling process can be used to develop machines reusable elements involved in this process.
