Abstract

This project was carried out thinking of giving a contribution to the solution of the housing problem that the population is going through, for that many factors are required that cannot always be obtained, taking into account the country's economy first, since it is very difficult to solve a problem that is gradually expanding. For this, it has been chosen to use the "High Tech" architectural style, which is what the project has been based on in general, for this, a study of the factors that are seen to be involved when designing a project like this was carried out, thus having a site analysis, which is an important step to know all the necessary elements to have a comfortable and safe stay.

This consists of three buildings at different levels, so 10-8-8 that has a total of 6 apartments per level, they also have a green roof, with accessibility in this of the residents. Since green areas are very important to the environment, 25% green areas have been used throughout the area. It has been chosen to use light and dark colors, in a way that visually gives contrast and is really consistent with the architectural style and the green roof.

Two scales can be displayed, which are 1: 125 and 1: 250, since one has been used to give more detail to the building and details such as textures, colors, sales and doors, etc. can be better appreciated. On the other scale you can better visualize the volume, the details seen in a more macro way. The plans are segmented by individual apartments, by building and by group. The project has been baptized with the name of Jane Cooke Wright since she has been one of the women who has made very important contributions to society.
