This is a request for staff to refer a student to counseling. if you believe they may have an academic, social emotional, student conflict, or other concern please submit this form.If you have an immediate concern, such as a student with suicidal ideation or self-harm, during the school day, contact a counselor or administrator immediately. Please KEEP THE STUDENT WITH YOU until you have connected the student with a Counselor or Administrator. For an emergency during school hours, please call the front office.Please allow 24-48 business hours for counselor to respond, for non-emergency or non-life threatening concerns.
