We'll keep this website running until October 1st, when it will be deactivated and all Quasar Review activities/publications will be updated on the new site.
The Quasar Review was founded in 2025 with a purpose: to offer writers an avenue to publish their work and have their voices heard. The Review strives to embody its founding characteristics of empathy, individuality, and perseverance throughout the world's troubling times.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES: Submissions (as of Summer 2025) are currently open. Simultaneous submissions are allowed, but we ask for you to inform us if your piece is published elsewhere as soon as you can. Poetry should be 12 point Times New Roman, 1 inch spaced, and up to 10 pages. Short Stories/flash fiction should be 12 point Times New Roman, 2 inches spaced and up to 5 pages or 1500 words long. Editions are published every three months.

The Quasar Review holds First North American Serial Rights (FNASR) and digital/archival publication rights. Authors cannot self-publish any accepted pieces for 60 days after publication, including in social media and on personal webpages. Submitting means that you acknowledge this contract.
