Eligibility Requirements
The Curtin Team Entrepreneur Scholarship is awarded to a Roswell High School graduating senior who has demonstrated tenacity and an entrepreneurial aptitude on and off the RHS campus.
Eligibility Requirements:
▪ Applicant must be a graduating senior from Roswell High School Class of 2019.
▪ Applicant must be a member of RHS PTSA by March 5, 2019. To join: go to http://roswellhighschoolptsa.com, apply online, notify Ms. Fallon at thefallons@verizon.net.
▪ No minimum GPA or transcript required.
▪ Submit application online only.
▪ Completed applications must include Essay as defined and two Recommendation Forms A and B.
▪ Upon acceptance of this scholarship, the student commits to staying involved after graduation by reporting back on entrepreneurial pursuits quarterly for one year and meeting with The Curtin Team at least once for a mentoring workshop.

Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
Additional Criteria on which application will be evaluated:
▪ List examples of your work, entrepreneurial activities and grit.
▪ Two completed Recommendation Forms (A and B)
o A: RHS- from an RHS instructor familiar with your qualifications as demonstrated in class
o B: Extracurricular Activity/Club/Employment-- from an adult leader/employer or business customer, can be another RHS teacher of an Extracurricular activity, paid work or someone familiar with your entrepreneurial activities. This person should be familiar with your work, interests and motivation.
▪ Required Essay: Detail your short and long term goals. Include at least one RHS learning experience and how it has influenced your plans for the future. Explain how your past and current activities demonstrate your entrepreneurial spirit. Detail what you've learned from your entrepreneurial activities and how you plan to apply this to your future. Tell us why you want to be an entrepreneur and what inspires you. Not to exceed 1000 words.
