WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

12” x 18” black all-purpose paper

White paint loosened with water

Large brush for paint splattering

Scraps of painted or colored paper (if children cut their own, cut paper into 4” x 4” squares)

Oil pastel or crayon (I used metallic oil pastels)

Glue

Scissors

Optional: Star shapes stickers
