About the founders

Once Upon a Shelf was founded by Ayla and Kyra, two gals who love books a lil too much!

Some of their favourite books include anything by Sarah J.Maas, the Empyrean series, The Poppy War series, the King of Sins series, and the Medoran Chronicles. If you have the same book taste, you're in the right place!

Shipping/Order Form FAQs

What if I want to order mini books and bookmarks?

No worries - we love that you love our products! To order products from more than one collection, simply fill out both forms! You can pay for the total together via bank transfer.

When and how can I pay for my order?

You must pay for your order when you submit your order form. Note that we don't send out orders that we haven't received payment for. We receive payment via bank transfer, the details can be found at the bottom of the form.

Do you ship out of NZ?

Unfortunately we don't ship overseas! Help us grow and we may get there one day xx

Do you ship within NZ?

Yes! We ship domestically via NZ Post. Courier is $7.20-$15.50 (delivered door to door, next working day), and Economy is $5.20-$13.50 (delivered to letterbox, within three working days). Note that these timeframes may be subject to change if there are delays, and any shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. If you require shipping, we will be in contact to inform you of the add-on cost.

What happens if my order doesn't arrive?

Oh no! While we will do everything we can to ensure orders are fulfilled, Once Upon a Shelf will not be held liable for any orders that do not arrive/are ordered with an incomplete or incorrect shipping address. Please triple check your details before submitting!
