First advocacy event with Patti Bellini and Allan Shaw. They discussed the history of how SLPAs came about in Rhode Island and the certification regulations that have become difficult to obtain. Thank you to former RISHA President Patti Bellini and current RISHA President Allan Shaw for taking the time to speak with our members about how we can support SLPAs in Rhode Island! Advocacy is a big part of the SLP community and we are very excited to begin doing our part as URISSLHA!
