The goal for all students grades kindergarten to 4th grade is provide awareness for careers. Students in our elementary schools are given opportunities to experience the world of work through classroom instruction, field trips, guest speakers, and through high school student led lessons. Our goal is to help students develop their strengths and interests through these experiences.
What's Happening At Our Elementary Schools?
Careers on Wheels: Students in 4th and 5th grades learn about different careers that use vehicles.
Rec Rodeo: The Recreation Rodeo provides a fun and safe environment for Rhinelander area children to learn about a variety of outdoor activities.
Guest Speakers: We welcome our community members to come and talk to our students about careers to help get them excited.
5th Grade Signing Day: students in our 5th grade class throughout the district "signed" to go to middle school.
