HOW TO PAY
You may choose between two (2) payment options:
ONSITE: Visit us at Brgy. Sta. Clara, City of General Trias, Cavite PH 4107
ONLINE: You may visit your ASJ Portal (AP) account. Assessment of fees and payment advisories will be posted in your AP account.
ENROLLMENT SCHEDULE
May 06 - 10 Nursery and Kinder
May 06 - 10 Grades 1,2,3 and transferees
May 13 - 17 Grades 4,5,6 and transferees
May 20 - 24 Grades 7,8,9,10 and transferees
May 27 - 31 Grades 11,12 and transferees
Start of Classes is on June 17, 2024, Monday.
AGE REQUIREMENT FOR NURSERY AND KINDER (DO.20, S.2018)
Nursery - At least four (4) years old by August 31
Kinder - At least five (5) years old by August 31
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR ADMISSION
Nursery - PSA Birth Certificate and Baptismal Certificate (for those Catholics)
Kinder - PSA Birth Certificate and Baptismal Certificate (for those Catholics)
Grade School - Report Card (Form 138) and PSA Birth Certificate
Junior High School - Report Card (Form 138) and PSA Birth Certificate
Senior High School - Report Card (Form 138) and PSA Birth Certificate
Report Card – ASJ accepts 3rd quarter grades if classes from the previous school have not been concluded yet. However, once the academic year ends, the report card with complete grades is required.
From the online registration, the above-mentioned documents are submitted via email to the guidance office. However, after the interview, the parent is alerted that the transferring child is now ready for enrollment.
Hard Copies of the Birth Certificate and Report Card are to be submitted by the parents in ASJ before the BO received the READY FOR ENROLLMENT notification from the Guidance Office.
SCHEDULE OF ENTRANCE TEST
Parents will be notified by the Guidance and Admissions Office as to the schedule of the entrance test two to three days after the settlement of the fee in the Business office either onsite or online.
The Kinder pupils have no entrance exam; they are just being assessed by the Academic Coordinators.
RESERVATION FEE
Reservation fee is ₱ 3,500. This is non-refundable.
MODE OF PAYMENT
Plan A- Registration and tuition fees for the entire year are paid upon registration.
Plan B- Registration and tuition fees for the first semester are paid upon registration and tuition fees for the second semester is paid on the first week of October.
Plan C- Registration and tuition fees for the first quarter are paid upon enrollment and on the first week of July, October, and January.
Plan D – Registration and tuition fees for the first month are paid upon enrollment and on the first week of the month for the next 9 months. Last payment is on the first week of March.
DISCOUNTS
A parent with several children enrolled in ASJ is entitled to the following discounts:
Two children - ₱ 500 (The second child enjoys the discount.)
Three children - ₱ 1,000
Four children - ₱ 1,500
Five children - The 5th child does not pay the tuition fee
