IMPORTANT TO NOTE

Before entering a candidate / candidates, make sure you are equipped with our 2025 syllabus to assist you with the correct entry codes.  

As soon as you have entered, you will receive an email receipt with your entry's details and participant number. This same email will contain your submission link necessary for submitting your work to the WCVE. You have until the 11th June 2025 to submit.

You have the option of entering individual, multiple or bulk. For bulk entries, please make use of the Excel Template provided. This file must be uploaded in excel format, no other format will be accepted.
