Head Girls Coach 2011 - present

Coach Conley has been the Head Coach of the Wildcats since 2011. In that span, Conley has led the Wildcats to 3 State Tournament appearances, 4 Conference Championships, 13 Regional Championships,  11 Sectional Final appearances and 3 Sectional Championships. Conley has compiled a record of 186-59-36 in his career at River Falls. 

Why I coach: "I coach because of the kids and the passion I have for the sport itself. I enjoy helping athletes develop persistence, determination, dedication, resiliency, leadership skills, respect for others, not only in competition, but in life itself." 

Coached at RFHS for 5 years (2013-2018 both girls and boys assistant) and 2023 Boys Head Coach

Why I coach: "I coach to share my passion for soccer while trying to help our athletes become well-rounded members of our community."
