RFK is a Community School! Together with our community partners, we create opportunities for our students, families, and the surrounding community to care for their basic needs. These services are easier than ever to access! You can make a self-referral by completing the form below.

After Submitting the form either a Behavioral Health Team member will follow up with you or the Community School Coordinator.
