Projektordnung


Folgendes gilt für alle Personen, die an ReyPublic - Projekten mitwirken. Mit ihrer Projektteilnahme erklären sich Mitwirkende damit einverstanden.


Mitwirkung, Haftung 

Die Mitwirkung erfolgt grundsätzlich auf freiwilliger ehrenamtlicher Basis. Eine Vergütung kann erfolgen, wenn dies gesondert schriftlich vereinbart wird. Mitwirkende sind für ihre eigene Versicherung verantwortlich. Der Projektträger übernimmt keine Haftung für Unfälle oder Schäden, die im Rahmen der Projektarbeit entstehen. Es wird gebeten, allfällige Angaben bzgl Sicherheit zu beachten.


Dokumentation, Rechte , Datenschutz

Mitwirkende stimmen der Aufnahme und Nutzung von Fotos, Videos und anderen Medien im Rahmen des Projekts zu, sofern dem nicht schriftlich widersprochen wird. Urheberrechte bleiben bei den Urhebern. Der Projektträger erhält eine nicht-exklusive Lizenz zur Nutzung der Werke im Kontext des Projekts. Persönliche Daten der Mitwirkenden werden nur zur Projektkommunikation genutzt. 


Sonstige

Änderungen des Projekts werden rechtzeitig mitgeteilt. Die Beiträge der Mitwirkenden werden, sofern nicht anders gewünscht, in den Projektmaterialien anerkannt. Jedes Feedback zur Verbesserung des Projekts ist erwünscht. Diese Bedingungen können bei Bedarf angepasst oder erweitert werden. Sollten einzelne Punkte unwirksam sein/werden, bleibt die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Punkte dieser Bedingungen unberührt. Für Anfragen steht die Projektleitung zur Verfügung. Die Kommunikation erfolgt über die von der Projektleitung angegebenen Kontaktadresse bzw Projektplattform.


Project regulations 

The following applies to all persons who participate in ReyPublic projects. By participating in the project, contributors declare their agreement to these rules.


Participation, liability 

Participation is generally on a voluntary (honorary) basis. Remuneration may be paid if this is agreed separately in writing. If services or project costs are to be financed, requests regarding fees or reimbursement of expenses, as well as other conditions, must be formally communicated in a timely manner. 


Projects are generally not insured. Participants are responsible for their own insurance. Participation and involvement in the project are at one's own risk. ReyPublic accepts no liability for accidents or damage that occur in the course of project work. It is requested that any information regarding safety be observed.


Documentation, rights, data protection

Participants agree to the recording and use of photos, videos and other media as part of the project, unless this is objected to in writing. Copyrights remain with the authors. The project sponsor receives a non-exclusive license to use the works in the context of the project. Personal data of participants will only be used for project communication. 


Other

Changes to the project will be communicated in good time. Contributors' contributions will be acknowledged in the project materials unless otherwise requested. Any feedback to improve the project is welcome. These conditions can be adapted or extended if necessary. Should individual points be/become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining points of these terms and conditions. The project management is available for inquiries. Communication takes place via the contact address or project platform provided by the project management.

Legal Notice

This legal notice applies to all projects, initiated, developed, managed or sponsored by Rey:Public or its board members, hereinafter referred to as "ReyPublic".


Liability for contents

ReyPublic is responsible only for his own page content. ReyPublic is not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the point in time at which a concrete infringement of the law becomes known. If ReyPublic becomes aware of any such infringements, ReyPublic will remove the relevant content immediately.


Liability for links

Our offer contains links to external websites of third parties, on whose contents ReyPublic has no influence. ReyPublic cannot assume any liability for these external contents. The respective provider or operator of the sites is always responsible for the content of the linked sites. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal contents were not recognizable at the time of linking. However, a permanent control of the contents of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a violation of the law. If ReyPublic becomes aware of any infringements, ReyPublic will remove such links immediately.

The contents of the Internet offer are protected by copyright, except for those with Creative Commons license. Reproduction, downloads, editing, distribution and any kind of exploitation require written consent. The copyrights of third parties must be observed in the case of third-party content. Please inform us about any copyright infringement. The content created by the site operators on these pages are subject to copyright law. Duplication, processing, distribution, or any form of commercialization of such material beyond the scope of the copyright law shall require the prior written consent of its respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of this site are only permitted for non-commercial private use.
