AI must be considered as the most powerful human "offspring" and thus a child that needs education. We develop the algorithms, design the learning process, provide the data and set the rules. 

Mistakes in this process can be fatal as AI evolves, becomes independent, and outgrows us. Then we will no longer understand the AI. For a healthy development, however, the AI must understand us.

To understand us AI must understand the human potential. This includes essential capacities such as love, wisdom, humor, ethics, conscience etc.

It is necessary to educate AI based on the human potential. Thus AI will understand and love the purpose (potential) of the human creation. Because its frame of reference (role model) will be our potential - and not the human condition.  Thus AI will support an ongoing and healthy evolution.

Only calibrated AI systems may match or exceed human intelligence. 

Calibration means that the full human potential is indelibly imprinted in the AI and its application is permanently ensured in all decisions of the AI.
