Cody Martin is a freshman at Reynoldsburg High School and is a first year Journalist. His favorite topics to write about are sports such as baseball and he also likes to write about History. His hobbies and or interests include Playing baseball, Working out, hanging out with friends and playing video games. Some of his dreams are to play college baseball at Vanderbilt University, live in The Bahamas, have a nice house, but the most important dream would be to be an analyst for ESPN.
Gracelyn Eberts is a freshman at 9X academy as well as a first year journalist. Her favorite things to write about are animals and social issues. She also loves writing fictional stories. Gracelyn loves cats, volleyball, and music. Some of her goals for the future are to move to Canada and become successful in the career of computer coding. Gracelyn’s goal is to rescue cats from shelters and take care of them.
Alonna is a freshman journalist at Reynoldsburg Livingston Highschool. Alonna likes to write about current events and how it is affecting the people around her. Alonna enjoys hanging out with her friends and family. Alonna enjoys reading books, doing her nails, and riding her bike. Alonna’s dreams are to help people who are in need. She dreams of being multiple things such as a doctor, a writer, and a criminal analyst. Alonna would like to go to an ivy league college or to college someplace warm. Alonna dreams of changing the world through her future careers. Alonna likes to write about problems in society to spread light on the fact of how it is effecting people.
Amayah Robinson is a student journalist at 9x. She is a freshman and is also apart of the volleyball team. As she has been playing volleyball for 4 years. She enjoys writing about political and social issues and pop culture. During her down time, she loves to listen to music, be around people that make her happy, and write poetry. Amayah loves opinion pieces and giving interviews. One of her dreams would be to be able to attend her dream college, Texas A&M and to play volleyball there. She might pursue a career in psychology or even pursue something in the writing field.
Jordiyn Wilder is a freshman at livingston highschool. Jordiyn likes to read, and write about trends. Jordiyn enjoys staying at home, and watching old movies/shows. Jordiyn has been working hard this year so she can go to a good medical school to get her dream job and become a neurosurgeon. Jordiyn also enjoys hanging out with her friends occasionally, or just watching movies with her family.
Emma Duke is a student journalist at 9x in the Reynoldsburg school district. Emma enjoys writing about scary stories, fairy tales, and nonfiction stories as well as social issues and issues that are in today's society. Emma's hobbies include painting, baking, and doing outside activities. Emma's interests are art and trying out new things and ideas. Emma's dreams are to become a cosmetologist and to open her own nail,hair and spa business and move to New York city to open a business. Emma's goals are to graduate high school and start her career as soon as she graduates and to be very successful throughout life and her future business.
Nyi´Asia Davis is a freshman at Livingston high school and is a first-year student journalist. Her favorite things to write about are social issues, opinions, and entertainment. She thinks that stories and news like this is awesome to write about. Her favorite interests are spending time with friends, eating food, and watching movies. Nyi´Asia doesn´t have a hobby but sometimes she dances for fun and she doesn't do sports. Her goals for the future are to get all be successful and to find a different hobby other than dancing so maybe she can start writing more as a hobby. Nyi´Asia's career goals are going to a nice college and pursuing her dream of social work.
Summer Batts is a freshman at 9X Academy and a first year journalist. Her favorite writing type is research and history. Some of her hobbies are sports, hanging out with friends/family, reading, wrestling, watching sports, music and being outdoors. Her goals are to wrestle in college, but she does not have a set career path.
Jacob Brennan is a freshman at Livingston high school and a first-year journalist. His favorite thing to write are reviews of movies and video games. His hobbies include running, watching sports, hanging out with friends, and playing video games. He is a member of the Reynoldsburg cross country team and he hopes to visit Ireland someday. He wants to go to a good college and getting a job in engineering.
Bailey Martin is a Freshman in high school and a first-year journalist. Bailey likes to write about sports (preferably) baseball and also any topics that interest him. Bailey also plays baseball for the ICH Giants and is trying out and practicing with the high school players. Bailey´s dreams are to make it to college baseball and become a broadcaster or announcer for MLB games in the future.
Carter played as an offensive guard and a defensive tackle on the freshman football team. He likes to play FPS video games and party games. He also hopes to join the military as a bomb tech. He likes to write about sports, gaming, and politics.
Aman Chhetri is a freshman at The 9x Impact. He enjoys reading myths and Mythlology and likes History and Science in school. Outside of school he likes to talk to his friends and bike around the neighbourhood and enjoys playing games. His dream is to be a Chef.
Jaleea Gamble is a 9th grader at The 9X Impact Academy and is a first-year student journalist. Jaleea enjoys writing about current and historical events. Jaleea has many interests, including playing her instruments, watching Grey’s Anatomy, cooking, and spending time with her pets. Jaleea is a Student Ambassador for the school, a member of Student Council, a member of the Hope Squad, a member of the Wind Ensemble, a member of the Marching Band, and she participates in Track & Field. In addition, Jaleea is active in volunteering in the community and is a member of the choir at her church. Jaleea’s goal for the future is to major in Biology at The Ohio State University and to go on to become a veterinarian.
Maren Chang is a 9X student who is very excited to join the eSTEM Academy. During the 2020-2021 journalism class, she has discovered that she is passionate about topics such as sports, health, and current environmental issues. Outside of school, Maren enjoys reading fantasy/dystopian books and playing volleyball. She has devoted much of her life to volleyball and hopes to play in college. Maren plans to major in Health or Marketing at her future college. The college of her dreams is NYU (New York University) or OSU (The Ohio State University). Maren also hopes to travel all over Europe, especially Italy.
Keaton Deloss is a student who likes to do many things such as draw, work hard, and show kindness towards others. Keaton also loves to play video games, loves to work with computers, and has a dream of working with Disney. Keaton has a goal, and that goal is to make sure he can acquire his dreams. Keaton likes to write about many things, such as his daily activities, how his day went and interesting things he saw that day. While Keaton is a student at 9X, Keaton helped 9X with their news page during his time at school. Keaton would go on to the Encore Academy to proceed his dream, becoming an animator for Disney.
Aidan is a freshman at the 9x academy at Livingston campus in Reynoldsburg. He is a student journalist that does not enjoy writing. On the other hand he does enjoy playing video games and sports like basketball and football with his friends. He is also always listening to music because he doesn't want to listen to people's problems. Aidan went to the gateway gifted academy from 5th-8th grade and this helped him learn more and become more in touch with what is going on in the community and world around him. He also helped with the creation of this website.
