4. How much paperwork is involved?
There is a fair amount of paperwork required to establish an NFA trust, which is why we have partnered with National Gun Trust to minimize the headaches and expensive lawyer fees involved with traditional trust establishment. Once filled there is still a bit of work to be done to be able to have your trust open to accept NFA items or firearms, we are here to assist you every step of the way and ensure all of the paperwork is up to par, with a licensed notary on staff we are your one-stop shop for all your NFA and Trust needs.
