Registration Packet
A paper copy of this packet was given to students on 8/28/26.
All of the information you need to register for the trip is contained in this packet. Registration and payments are handled by the tour company.
October 2, 2026 is the deadline for registration and the first payment of $200. You are welcome to pay any amount over $200.
Other payment deadlines are listed in the packet. However, you can spread it out into more frequent payments if that is helpful.

A paper copy was given to 8th-grade students on the first day of school (8/25/26).
It must be signed by the student and parent/guardian and returned to the student's social studies teacher on or before Monday, August 31, 2026.

If your child takes prescription medication, they will need a trip-specific form filled out and signed by the physician. Please print out the appropriate form and take it to their doctor's appointment at any time during this school year.Â
There are two options:
1. Student-Carry = The student carries and dispenses their own medication.
2. Chaperone-Carry = The student's chaperone carries and dispenses the medication.
Important Note: All controlled substances MUST be Chaperone-Carry!
