Look, I've chased a lot of things in my career... bigger numbers, better margins, the next promotion. I've won and lost, built businesses from scratch, and learned more from failure than I ever did from success.
But through all of it, one thing became crystal clear: the only thing that ever actually matters is the person sitting across the desk from me. Not the deal. Not the commission. Not the title on the door. Just the relationship, the trust, and the commitment to help someone win. Everything else is just noise.
That's the lens I've used to build every business, lead every team, and show up for every client — and it's exactly how I approach my role today.
My entire career rests on one belief: growth is about people, not just numbers. Whether running high-line stores for BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Jaguar, building multi-million-dollar powersports operations, or coaching hundreds of business owners, the formula never changed. Sales, culture, and leadership drive results. Everything else is noise.
In 2008, my wife and I launched what became one of the top internet marketing agencies in the country. We scaled it into a full-service marketing and e-commerce powerhouse, but the real work happened behind the scenes: building sales systems, training teams, coaching business owners ready to scale. After exiting, I created Revenue Love to help owners break through growth ceilings.
That foundation led me into high-line automotive, where I learned precision, process, and performance. Then I fell in love with powersports. Unlike automotive, this is a passion business. Your customers aren't buying transportation. They're buying freedom, adventure, a lifestyle.
As Variable Operations Director for the John Elway Powersports Group, I oversaw five dealerships across three states. I've sat in every seat, from the sales floor to the GM's office to parts and service.
Tight margins. Demanding customers. Unmotivated teams. Vendors who over-promise and under-deliver. I've been there.
That's why I'm at Rider's Advantage. You don't need another vendor trying to sell you something. You need a partner who's been in your shoes, understands powersports, and can help turn customer protection into profit, loyalty, and growth.
When your dealership wins, everyone wins.
My greatest wins have nothing to do with business. Marrying my wife and best friend of over 20 years and raising my son, who is genuinely a walking miracle, are the accomplishments that actually matter.
I've had the privilege of learning from some of the best in the business, including working for John Elway and alongside leaders who are genuinely committed to helping others win.
Over the years, I've worked with powersports dealers across the country who've become more than clients. They've become friends, and that's exactly how I believe business should work.

I'm not here to waste your time with another sales pitch or add another vendor to your list. I'm here because I believe Rider's Advantage is the best customer protection platform in the powersports industry, and I know what it takes to help you leverage it to drive real profit, build lasting loyalty, and create the kind of customer experience that keeps people coming back.
If you're ready to work with someone who's been in your seat, understands your challenges, and is committed to your success, let's stop talking about it and make it happen.
You didn't get into this business to settle for average. You're building something that matters, a dealership that treats customers right, a team that shows up ready every day, and a reputation that stands for something.
But you can't do it alone, and you shouldn't have to. The difference between dealerships that survive and dealerships that dominate comes down to one thing: the partners you choose to work with.
