With that said, you don't need to generate an invoice for Revelo, you can check your payment in Revelo Go App, between the 26th and 30th of each month, to check the amount you will receive, including bonuses, discounts, refunds, and extras.

Yes, you can! The only benefit you can include for your dependents is Health Insurance, and the amount is discounted from your payment according to the age group of the dependent.
If you migrate to the new benefits package, depending on what you opt-in, you will receive the additional amount in cash.
E.g.: if you opt-in for Heal/Dental insurance ($150), Local Currency Payment ($30), and Premium Accounting Service ($50), then $70 will be added in cash on your monthly payment.
The benefits are included on your first day, you will be included in all benefits and will receive the access in your personal email until your third day with Revelo.
We always encourage our clients to offer PTO to our members so they can get some rest and enjoy some leisurely days. This is usually aligned at the time of the offer with the Matcher/Recruiter. If you're not sure if you're entitled to the PTO, check your contract or talk to one of our Business Partners.
Some good practices for use the PTO:
1. Keep in mind how many PTO days you have per year (this information is in your contract).
2. Align with your manager and coworkers the period you will be away at least two weeks in advance for you to complete your deliveries and leave someone responsible for what remains pending and not overload your colleagues.
3. Avoid taking all days at once, as it is not part of American culture to take more than one week of vacation. However, if this is in line with your manager, you won't have any problems.
4. You can use your PTO days as long as your contract is active. If your contract is terminated by yourself or the company, you'll not be able to use them anymore, neither on the termination notice period. Please also note that unused PTO won't be paid at the end of your contract.
You must follow the company's holiday calendar. If you want to take a day off in a holiday of your country, you can talk to your manager about using your PTO days.
Here at Revelo, we have a reallocation process for job opportunities that we have open with our clients. In case of contract termination with the company you are currently working for, you can do our tech assessment and then we will work on indicating your profile for opportunities that we have open and that your profile fits. Even with our help, the decision will always be up to the company.

Even if it is a reallocation, your process with the Revelo client will happen normally. Therefore, you must prepare yourself technically and behaviorally. Before participating in the selection processes in the reallocation process, you will talk to our talent matcher and you will be able to ask questions and ask for advice on how to proceed in the process.
