Katherine Coe

Biography

Mrs. Coe serves as a grammar school lunchroom coordinator and office receptionist. She attended Lewisville High School, class of 1984. She Graduated with an associates degree in culinary art from 

Culinary Institute of America in 1991 and worked as a sous chef and chef in the restaurant industry until her son, Liam, was born. She home schooled until his graduation in 2016. In 2020, Mrs. King asked if she would fill in at the lunchroom and it became a gateway position and she soon found herself subbing as well and have loved being here ever since.
