Katherine Coe

Biography

Mrs. Coe serves as a grammar school office receptionist. After graduating Lewisville High School, class of 1984, she earned an associates degree in culinary art in 1994 from the Culinary Institute of America Hyde Park, New York. She worked as a sous chef and chef in the restaurant industry until her son, Liam, was born. She home schooled until his graduation in 2016. Since joining the grammar school team at Founders in 2020, Mrs. Coe has served as lunchroom coordinator, substitute teacher, and office aid.  She has been happily married for 30 years to Richard Coe. When not dashing about the campus, you can find her gardening, cooking, or reading.
