Supervised Parenting & Family Services located in Denver, Colorado
The Resilient Families Collaborative (RFC) Model is a Colorado-based therapeutic approach to supervised parenting, and other family services. Our philosophy is that safe, healthy parent–child relationships can be supported even in the context of high conflict, divorce, or complex family systems. RFC recognizes that family separation is both a legal and emotional process, and that meaningful progress occurs when services are delivered by trained, culturally responsive professionals who understand child development, family dynamics, and the holistic experience of parenting.
We provide doctorate-level and licensed providers who apply advanced clinical training and specialized expertise in child development, behavior, and family dynamics.
The RFC Model recognizes the lived experience of Colorado families and strives to provide compassionate support through psychoeducation and evidence-based parenting practices. We support families establishing new rhythms with care and intention, meeting each family with dignity, openness, and respect.
RFC partners with court-involved and community-referred families across Colorado and the Denver metro area to provide supervised parenting time, parenting coaching, cognitive assessment, and other therapeutic family services.
RFC’s supervised family time, parent coaching, and therapeutic services (including educational advocacy and cognitive/IQ testing) are guided by licensed and clinically trained providers. Our educational foundation enhances the level of professionalism, safety, and care children and families receive.
We provide professional reports and documentation to meet court expectations, statutory requirements, and support informed decision-making and case progression.
All supervised family time and related services are delivered through a culturally responsive and trauma-informed lens. We bring a systemic understanding of child welfare, healthcare, and education while recognizing the inequities and barriers families may experience within these systems.
With RFC, parents receive individualized coaching, practical feedback, and professional guidance to implement effective communication strategies, increase confidence, self-efficacy, and explore alternative ways to solve problems.
Resilient Families Collaborative was founded by Denver natives who are deeply connected to the communities they serve. RFC partners with Colorado families, schools, courts, and related community systems to provide compassionate and respectful parenting time and family services.
