Are you committed to continuously monitoring the progress of all students and taking proactive steps at the first signs of attendance, behavior, or academic challenges? Then, the Early Warning Intervention Monitoring System (EWIMS) process is for you! Hosted by Wayne RESA and the Michigan Department of Education, this workshop will equip teams with the tools and knowledge to implement an Early Warning Intervention and Monitoring System (EWIMS) in any elementary, middle, or high school. Attendance Collaborative Seminar

This no-cost, in-person Attendance Collaborative Seminar addresses the challenge of student motivation and attendance in schools. Leaders can attend multiple sessions to learn about the research on attendance issues and strategies for reducing chronic absenteeism in their schools and districts. The seminar is open to any school employee focused on creating a culture that combats excessive absenteeism's harmful, long-lasting effects and increases awareness of attendance issues. 

New and Aspiring Curriculum Leader Series

This series is relevant to various titles at the district office, including curriculum and grant management leaders. Topics such as implementation science, continuous improvement, organizational practices, equitable resource allocation through braiding funds, grant management, and program evaluation are just a few of the topics to be covered. 

MICIP University

Participate in the Educational Improvement Team's flexible sessions highlighting the latest research, applications, and resources about continuous improvement. Attendees from previous sessions have shared their positive feedback, such as gaining knowledge about MICIP and learning how to use resources like the Hexagon Tool. They also found the sessions helpful in providing equitable access to quality education and implementing MICIP in their respective districts.
