Password Change Process: When it's time to change your password, you can do so through the Wayne RESA password portal. Simply follow the provided instructions to reset your password securely at https://password.resa.net
Password Reset Period: You must reset your password once every 365 days. This means that exactly one year after your last password change, you will be prompted to create a new password.
Password Recommendations: Your new password should have a minimum length of 10 characters. Consider using phrase-based passwords, which combine multiple words or a memorable sentence, making them both strong and easier to remember. Avoid using easily guessable information, such as names, birthdates, or common words. It is important that the password be unique and not re-used with other accounts.
Account Lockout Policy: In case of repeated unsuccessful login attempts, your account may be locked to prevent unauthorized access. If this occurs, your account will automatically unlock after a short time.
Jira - Additionally for users within the organization who utilize Jira, you will now be required to use Duo two-factor authentication to access your account. You will see a Duo prompt when you login next. For additional details please follow this link.
SMART & MISTAR - This policy change currently does not impact SMART or MISTAR password changes. We are looking to integrate these systems in the near future with the Microsoft 365 log in.
We require everyone to be enrolled in DUO Two Factor Authentication.
This requires you either to have the DUO Mobile App, or we will supply a key FOB.
If you get a new phone or phone number you need to put in a support request to update that information and re-enroll you.
If you are not in the building you must be connected to the RESA VPN via Cisco Anyconnect Secure Mobility Client

Should be used sparingly, Google Drive / OneDrive are the main source of file storage.
This is where you should store all your files. Computers die and files are lost all the time, don't let that happen to you. Back up everything frequently.
